We are located conveniently in Porirua CBD, there is lots of free parking available
Our goal is to maximize the health and comfort of our clents and their families, to help unwind and relax, reduce muscle pain and repair tight sore muscles.
We take our time to listen to our clients and to provide individual treatment that suits their needs best.
Owner Shelene Paraone is a Qualified Sport Massage Therapist and has been in practice for over 25 years. I specialise in Deep Tissue Remedial Sport Massage where I work on a range of different sport and work related injury cases to repair and rejuvienate muscle fibers.
Shelene has a range of Fully quilafied and experienced Massage Therapists working with her to provide the best care of Massage Therapy treaments, they will take care of you and ensure you leave feeling alot looser, relaxed, rejuvenated and revived.
